The Sangean HDR‑14 is a portable radio delivering crystal‑clear digital HD Radio and analog AM/FM reception in a compact, travel‑friendly package. It supports both HD and standard broadcasts without subscription requirements, and offers essential clock, alarm, and display features for daily use.

Intuitive and Feature-Rich Interface

The front-mounted thumb‑wheel volume control, clearly labeled buttons, and backlit LCD display make navigation easy. View real‑time program data—including station name, call sign, signal strength, and time—thanks to RBDS/PAD support. A user‑friendly mechanical lock switch prevents accidental activation during travel.

Everyday Power Options with Alarm Support

The HDR‑14 features dual alarms (radio or buzzer), snooze, sleep timer, and the Humane Wake System, which gradually increases alarm volume. Power is via three AA batteries or the included 5 V DC adapter. A low-battery LED alerts you when power is running low.
