Returns & Exchanges : Limited Return Policy
Headphones
For health and safety reasons, no returns will be accepted on any opened pairs of headphones or earbuds. Under extreme circumstances, any returns for headphones and earbuds will be charged a mandatory 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Special Order Items
Special Order items do not qualify for the Standard Return Policy. Special orders are purchased from the manufacturer specifically for you. Orders are charged and placed within 24 hours of being submitted.
We guarantee satisfaction of the product for any defects or shipping damage; however, Special Order items cannot be returned under the standard return policy.
Final Sale Items
Final Sale items do not qualify for the Standard Return Policy.
Health & Safety Final Sale Items
Items that are considered final sale cannot be returned if opened for health reasons:
- Small appliances that have been used (manufacturer warranty still applies)
- Electric shavers, home spa products, and dental products if opened (manufacturer warranty still applies)
Consumable & Installed Products
Warranty assistance is always provided on consumable items considered final sale; however, they cannot be returned if opened or assembled:
- AV furniture, speaker mounts, and stands that have been assembled or removed from original packaging
- Consumables such as batteries, recordable CDs/DVDs, cassette tapes, cables, TV lamps/light bulbs, and projector lamps/light bulbs
- Turntable accessories, needles, and cartridges
Software Usability & Network Connectivity
Trouble connecting products to home or internet networks, subscription-based services, WiFi hot-spots, or platforms such as Spotify, Netflix, Hulu, and similar services is not covered by the standard return policy.
If you are experiencing connectivity issues, please consult the manufacturer and/or your network provider. Returns due to software usability are covered under the standard return policy limitations.
