Shipping
USA & International Shipping
Do you ship to…?
electronicsforless.ca ships to the continental United States (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii when quoting or processing orders for the USA.
International orders outside of Canada and the continental USA are not supported through our online shopping cart. However, we have successfully shipped products worldwide from our Canadian location. If you reside outside North America and are interested in a product, please contact us prior to placing an order.
Orders placed from computers located outside of continental North America (as determined by IP address) may not be processed. If you wish to place an order for delivery within our supported shipping regions, please contact us in advance.
US Customs Fees and Delivery Delays
We are legally required to declare accurate values and costs on all cross-border shipments. electronicsforless.ca is not responsible for any duties, brokerage fees, or charges imposed by US Customs. Such fees are not included in shipping estimates or fixed shipping charges.
In rare cases, shipments may be held by US Customs. While we will assist the courier where possible, we cannot expedite shipments that are delayed by customs authorities. Delivery timelines for US orders cannot be guaranteed.
How to Estimate Shipping
To estimate shipping costs, add an item to your shopping cart and select “Estimate Shipping”. A postal code or ZIP code is required. An account is not required, and there is no obligation to complete the purchase.
Shipping Limitations
Certain shipping limitations apply to Canada’s three territories and to isolated or remote rural locations. Most smaller items (such as cameras, camcorders, and video players) can be shipped anywhere in Canada.
For larger items—including televisions, stands, and large speakers— actual shipping costs to remote areas may exceed the amount calculated at checkout. If this occurs, we will obtain an exact quote and notify you before shipping.
If you choose not to proceed after being notified of additional shipping costs, your order will be cancelled and refunded upon request.
Canada-Wide Free Shipping Restrictions
- Shipping costs must not exceed 10% of the product purchase price
- Applies to ground shipping only (express shipping is excluded)
- Not available for destinations accessible only by air or water
Please note that some sale, clearance, or oversized items (such as TV stands and mounts) may not qualify for free shipping.
Special, Express, or Overnight Shipping
Special shipping arrangements can be made upon request. Within Canada, many items can be shipped via express or overnight service to major city centres.
Available shipping options are displayed directly on the product page using our shipping calculator.
For custom or special shipping requests, please contact us before placing your order. We use Purolator for most express shipments. If you have your own courier or shipping account, we can release the order for pickup.
Special Shipping Costs
All costs associated with special, express, or overnight shipping are the responsibility of the receiver.
Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Deliveries
Many items are delivered within 24 hours for customers located in the GTA. This timeframe is typical but not guaranteed. For guaranteed delivery options, please refer to the shipping calculator at checkout.
Shipping Cancellations
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation through your Order Dashboard. Please log in and follow the on-screen instructions.

Orders may be cancelled automatically if flagged by our payment processor for fraud prevention. In such cases, the original payment method will be refunded in full.
