FiiO K13 R2R 24Bit Fully Balanced R2R DAC and Headphone Amplifier
The FiiO K13 R2R is a fully balanced desktop DAC/amp built around a proprietary four-channel, 24-bit R2R resistor-array DAC. Each channel uses 48 precision thin-film resistors (0.1% tolerance, 30 ppm temp drift) for a total of 192 resistors, delivering a rich, musical presentation with a darker, lower-noise background. Dual operating modes—NOS (non-oversampling) and OS (oversampling to 384 kHz)—let you tailor the sound, while an XMOS XU316 platform enables a 10-band PEQ you can control via the FiiO app or web interface. With a robust, fully differential amplifier stage rated at up to 2,400 mW + 2,400 mW into 32 Ω, the K13 R2R confidently drives IEMs and full-size headphones. Convenience features include Bluetooth 5.4 (LDAC/AAC/SBC) reception, an always-on HD LCD, dual-knob controls with IR remote, adjustable RGB logo lighting, and multiple protection systems—all inside a thick, unibody aluminum chassis with the new “skylight” design window.
